CONSULTATION FEE

There is a $50 consultation fee due at the time of service. If you decide to purchase treatment on the same day, the $50 fee will be waived.

MISSED APPOINTMENT & “No Show” Policy

While we make every effort to provide a reminder call or email at least 24 hours before your appointment, it is ultimately your responsibility to remember your appointment. There will be a $50.00 fee applied to your next appointment before getting treatment or if you have purchased a treatment package, you can choose to forfeit one treatment.

EXPIRATION DATE for TREATMENT

Any unused treatments will expire (3) three years after the date of purchase.
